Jack Strobel founded the law firm in 1987, after serving for twenty-five years as corporate counsel for Maytag Corporation, Hormel Foods, Inc., and Jeno's, Inc. Before entering corporate law, he was a Captain in the United States Air Force JAG Corps.

Jack brings a depth of understanding to issues of corporate governance and management that has time and again proved very helpful to business clients. He currently concentrates his practice in the areas of business and corporate law, estate planning, and probate. He has also served on numerous Boards and Councils for non-profit and charitable organizations.
