In 1993, Jack Strobel and Einar Hanson joined their extensive legal experience in corporate and trial law to form Strobel & Hanson, P.A. Since then, Strobel & Hanson has been pleased to provide legal representation to its clients in Minnesota and Wisconsin, in a broad range of legal matters, including commercial litigation, construction law, business and corporate law, township law, estate planning, employment law, insurance law, health care law, and real estate transactions.

The firm's excellent reputation derives from its success in representing clients in transactional and litigation matters effectively and efficiently. We strive to identify legal problems before they occur, but if litigation does arise, we represent our clients vigorously and with conviction. We appear regularly on behalf of our clients in state and federal court, in administrative hearings, and in various alternative dispute resolution forums, including mediation and arbitration.

We also strive to lend a hand towards making our community better, both through legal and non-legal work. Our past legal pro bono projects include the successful preservation of the largest winter roost of the bald eagle in the lower 48 states, and the on-going guidance of churches and non-profit organizations, while non-legal work includes service upon boards of several community organizations as the YMCA, Kiwanis, and the Friends of the Sheldon Theatre. We seek to assist our clients and our profession through speaking and writing on legal issues.
